Midgage Models produced a line of reefer "craftsman-style" kits starting in 1947. The car sides in the kits have a striking resemblance to those produced by Cleveland Model & Supply, which was a contemporary of theirs. Did Midgage commission their sides from Cleveland?... Did they buy out Cleveland's product line?...
Bob Hogan provided photos of the two sheets of instructions that came with the Midgage Models reefer kits. Due to their similarity, one could use these instructions to build a Cleveland kit as well.
