The kit is designed to be used over two tracks that are centered at 3" apart. The first photo is of the model on Frank Titman's layout. The second image is the catalog drawing he made. The third photo is a period photo that Frank did of the structure on his layout. The fourth photo shows the entire set of kits (LVM14, LVM15, and LVM16) together to make a 15" x 40" mining scene. The fifth photo is of Alvin Clapp's structure, which he kitbashed to support the three-track yard, and moved some of the other ancillary buildings around to fit his layout. The kit consists of strip and sheet wood, and decals for the windows and the signage.
