The manufacturer's predominant market is O-scale, so it may be a while before he gets around to generating the S-scale kit.

Paterson Mill, Four-story Shadowbox

The model is based on a large manufacturing facility in Patterson, New Jersey. The building is still standing today and is being used as an art factory. This is a one-piece model, shallow-relief background model that measures a mere 1.125" deep. Although sold as a one-piece model, the center section protrudes from the two side sections by 1/16 of an inch. The model is produced from laser-cut acrylic. LEDs can be added to light up the interior.
