The kit is based on a tomato packing house in Florida. The kit consists of laser-cut basswood, cardstock, and plywood, detail castings, and self-sticking shingles and skylights. Originally, only 100 kits were produced. The kit was re-run in 2004 and 2009. Photo #2 shows Gerry Evans' version of the kit as a recycling store, which he covered in an article in the Winter 2010 issue of the 1:64 Modeling Guide.
