The #20706 Dealer Counter Top Selling Display Bubble Pack was not to be put into stock but rather put on the counter to draw attention to a new, low-cost Pike-Master train set. While this unit is marked $17.98, this display was not to be sold. It was designed to draw attention to the 1962 #20705 Pioneer Flyer set which was identical in its contents. The set and the display contained the following items:
- #21165 4-4-0 Erie locomotive
- #24057 Mounds box car
- #24127 Texas & Pacific gondola
- #24636 American Flyer Lines Caboose
- #26310 eight sections of Pike-Master Curved Track
- #26300 one section of Pike-Master Straight Track
- #26302 one section of Pike-Master Straight Track with Uncoupler and Track Terminal
- #22006 25 Watt Transformer
- a section of black and white hook-up wire. Note that the Greenberg book states that the set came with the 24052 United Fruit Growers Express car instead of the Mounds box car, but that is not correct.
