The model came ready-to-run and painted gold. It did not contain many details, as the intent was for the modeler to super-detail them as per their wishes. The owner of Miniature Machine, Barney Daehler, modeled the Sierra Railroad in S-scale, and hand-built each of the models sold. The locomotive number should be etched into the bottom of the frame. The locomotive itself was all brass, and the tender was made out of resin.
