Electro-Motive Corporation sold 74-foot gas-electric cars with the body built by Osgood-Bradley, the electrical components built by General Electric, and dual prime movers built by the Winton Engine Company. American Hi-Rail sold both scale and high-rail versions, powered by a single power truck. They sold a small number of factory-painted models, including the NYC 4252 pictured below.

When EMC was founded, it had the body built by St. Louis Car Co., the electrical components built by General Electric, and the prime mover built by the Winton Engine Company. This model is the 74-foot version of this engine.
