Birney-style model that has a single truck, and only ran in one direction. Another run was done in 2004. The company recommends applying a light coating of oil on the axles at the bearings, gears, motor shaft (both bottom and top, which requires removal of the body from the chassis), after every 50 or so hours of operation. The instructions state to not operate this car at 12 volts for more than a couple of minutes, as that may overheat the electronic components. Early versions were sold in kit form.
