This kit was produced by both Kinsman Scale Models and Northeastern Scale Models. Decals were included with the kit.

Ed's model (see also the next photo) has trucks added from the Culp Bros., of the Bettendorf type with leaf springs, replacing the coils for a better ride. Kadee HO-scale couplers were used at the time this model was built. This model is near identical to the GN caboose shown under the Kinsman Scale Models name (the roof ends are slightly different).

Jim Kindraka kitbashed this kit in about 1988. Masking tape was used to simulate the tarpaper roofing.
