Notes:

This kit includes over 250 laser-cut, photo-etched, and cast-resin parts. Features include a choice of two different styles of windows found on these cabooses along with etched-brass steps, ladders, platform railing, brake wheel, window visors, and more. The B&O style coupler striker and coupler box castings are compatible with Kadee couplers and a correct B&O style smoke jack are included. Not included are the trucks and couplers. The instructions are provided on a CD which you can print out. Lake Junction Models manufactured these for Bob McCarthy's The Supply Car, who supplemented the kit with American Models trucks, Kadee couplers, Grandt Line AB brakes, and decals. Upon Bob's death, Lake Junction Models started offering these directly. These B&O built cabooses were first built in 1913 and up until 1923 with 438 being built all with the narrow end platforms. In later years they were rebuilt with the full width platforms and some had the cupolas removed to use as transfer cars.
