Doug Junda has indicated that, with their recent acquisition of Trout Creek Engineering, they have the Sn3 caboose kits that Trout Creek produced, in stock. This also includes the parts. They are currently working through the items and will be adding them to their web site in the near future.
This caboose was used by the CN on the Newfoundland narrow-gauge (42"-gauge). This is a body 3D-print only; the modeler must provide all other parts to complete the model.

ScaleTrains received the S-Helper Service-based ICC Wide Vision Cabooses. The cars have plastic bodies, with metal handrail and grab irons, LED marker lights and interior, see-through roofwalk, and windshield wipers on the cupola windows. These cars were introduced in 1953, based on the International Car Company design that was used by railroads all over the United States and some are still in specialized service today.
The kit includes the 3D-printed body, grab irons, ladders, wire to make the platform handrails, additional grab irons, and brake shaft, and two jigs to form railing and grab irons. When ordering on their web site, be sure to select "Sn3" as it defaults to "HOn3". The photos are likely of their HOn3 version.
