This multi-scale club has seven large and permanent layouts at their facility and have five portable layouts. Their facility is located inside the NOE Office Equipment (a former B&O freight warehouse), adjacent to the CSX High Yard.

Layout Description:
Their S-scale layout is 8' x 24' and can run both scale and hi-rail equipment. The track is S-Helper Service (now MTH) with built-in roadbed and typically runs two trains, simultaneously, in opposite directions. The roster is predominantly B&O and C&O in nature and often operates modern Lionel, S-Helper Service, American Models, and A.C. Gilbert American Flyer equipment. The S-scale area at MOVMRC also features 24 display shelves, which are home to Gilbert and Lionel American Flyer sets, individual locomotives and rolling stock, and accessories. The layout is known for its reliable operation and realistic detailing.
