2004 NASG Convention car. A review of the model can be found in the October 2004 issue of The Dispatch starting on page 38. Ken remembers that something went wrong with Des Plaines Hobbies' order, and they only wound up getting the cars with the same road number (there were supposed to be two different road numbers, where one was to be used for the NASG Convention Car, and one for just regular sales).

Four road numbers available. The PRR built 750 of these cars in 1919. Most were converted from the wooden sides to steel sides, so this SSA model represents an as-built model. The built date on the model is 7-19. Couplers are Walthers ProtoMax HO-scale ones. The interior bottom and long sides of these cars have simulated wooden boards with nail holes. The car is quite heavy, at 8 ounces (228g).
