Section 1. Purpose and Intent
The following extensions should be added to the first paragraph: "The NASG does not assume any liability in conjunction with the Estate Disposition Support Program. The decedent and his/her survivor must do due diligence when setting up the estate for disposition, as the NASG has no legal responsibility in this. The NASG is only available to promote the disposition of the estate and possibly provide names of persons or businesses who might be able to assist."
The first bullet point "relieve the survivor(s) of the...", should read "assist the survivor in the..."
Section 4.1 Private Sales
The sentence "The NASG publishes the list as an insert in the NASG Dispatch", should read "The NASG will publish the list as an insert in the Dispatch at the expense of the survivor or estate."
Section 4.2 NASG Member-Assisted Sales
The sentence "The decedent will have made prior arrangements...", should read "The decedent must have made prior arrangements..."
